1. Alcohol cleaning: use alcohol for simple surface cleaning, which has serious potential safety hazards. Alcohol is easy to volatilize and cause fire accidents.

2. Ultrasonic cleaning: first pull out the probe that needs cleaning agent from the fixture, and install each probe back into the fixture after cleaning. For hundreds of probes, the cleaning is extremely time-consuming and laborious, and the probe is damaged and the internal structure is changed after ultrasonic cleaning. Directly reduce the service life of the probe.

3. Fine steel wire brush cleaning: the head of the probe is brushed with a fine steel wire brush, which seriously abrades the gold plating layer on the metal surface of the probe head, resulting in poor conductivity and high resistance. In the process of brushing up, down, left and right, it is easy to deform the needle tube brush due to improper force, and the gap between the needle rod and the needle tube becomes larger, resulting in the loosening of the probe.

At this time, rosin and other dirt on the probe surface need to be cleaned.
